Job Description
Qualification Matric Relevant certifications or licenses (depending on local regulations) are a plus. Requirements Proven experience in property management or building supervision, preferably in residential apartment buildings. â Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage tenant relations effectively. â â Basic knowledge of building maintenance, safety regulations, and repair coordination. â Financial acumen for managing budgets, rent collection, and vendor payments. â â Ability to handle conflict resolution professionally and diplomatically. â â Proficiency with property management software and standard office tools. Duties Tenant Management and Relations â Serve as the primary point of contact for residents regarding concerns, requests, and complaints. â Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and documentation. â Enforce building policies consistently and fairly. â Facilitate communication between tenants and property owners or management companies. Property Maintenance and Repairs â Oversee daily maintenance tasks and coordinate repairs with contractors and service providers. â Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality. â Manage routine cleaning and landscaping services. â â Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and building codes. Financial and Administrative Duties â Monitor accounts receivable, and follow up on delinquencies. â Manage vendor contracts and purchase orders. â Maintain accurate records of leases, maintenance activities, and incident reports.
