Motor Vehicle Salesperson

Hoeks Toyota is looking for an energetic , hardworking salesperson to be part of their sales team situated in Swellendam . The ideal candidate has previous experience in the automotive industry, has a passion for sales and ability to build strong, professional relationships with all customers. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Driving sales to achieve and exceed monthly sales target. Conduct product demonstrations and manage the sales process from trial period to sign-up. Maintain accurate customer records. Obtain and present product knowledge to engage effectively with all customers. Managing customer expectations and maintaining customer satisfaction. Profound interest in the automotive industry and/or understanding of cars. Work effectively with the sales team. Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric certificate Valid code 8 drivers license Computer literacy Experience in vehicle navigation and software solutions Relevant industry experience with a proven sales record Able to perform under high pressure Competencies: Highly motivated, target driven and hard working. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills A strong understanding of customer behaviour Strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales Prioritising, time management and organisational skills Attention to detail, punctual and hard working.
