Job Description

We are seeking a driven Sales Executive experienced in Fashion Industry to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you shall be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximizing sales and contributing to the overall success of Carter & White. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Excellence: Greet and assist customers in a welcoming and professional manner. Provide personalised styling advice and product knowledge to enhance customer engagement. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up. Sales Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling. Utilise knowledge of current trends and collections to drive sales and meet customer needs. Actively boost sales performance. Operational Efficiency: Opening and closing the store. Knowledge of how to operate the cashier. Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store by organising and replenishing stock. Ensure the store is neat, clean, and well-presented at all times. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and create a positive working environment. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement through sharing feedback and ideas. Brand Ambassadorship: Uphold the brand image and standards of service excellence at all times. Stay informed about new collections. Qualifications: Proven experience in luxury retail sales within the fashion industry. Strong passion for fashion with a keen eye for style and trends. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
