Job Description

Job Description Job Description Description: Financial Analyst Make Data Matter. Drive Smarter Decisions. We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and collaborative Financial Analyst to join our team and help shape smarter decisions across the business. In this role, you'll partner with leaders across departments to deliver meaningful insights, tell stories with data, and support strategic planning and performance tracking. This isn’t your typical number-crunching role — you’ll play a key part in connecting the dots between data and real-world business decisions. This hybrid role reports to our Director of Business Intelligence and is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take their finance skills to the next level while working alongside a team that values data, collaboration, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do: Partner with business leaders to understand trends, spot risks/opportunities, and help guide planning and forecasting. Deliver dashboards, reports, and visualizations that tell a clear story and support big-picture strategy. Help lead our annual and long-term planning efforts—think budgeting, forecasting, and aligning on goals. Support key exec-level meetings (like Board or business reviews) with clear, actionable performance analysis. Dive into incentive compensation programs (like production bonuses or earn-outs) and support modeling and tracking. Jump into strategic initiatives and build smart, data-driven business cases. Requirements: What You Bring: A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a similar field. At least 2 years in a finance or analytics role with hands-on modeling experience. Strong Excel skills and PowerPoint savvy (you know how to make data look good). Comfort working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities. Bonus points if you’ve worked with Power BI, Tableau, or have experience in healthcare or multi-site operations. You’ll Fit Right In If You: Enjoy translating numbers into narratives people understand. Ask smart questions and challenge assumptions. Are tech-savvy and always on the lookout for a better way to do something. Love a good dashboard and know how to tailor your message to your audience. Thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where you can make an impact.
