The Role – 1:1 Teaching Assistant The position of the 1:1 Teaching Assistant is for a supportive and experienced TA to work 1:1 across KS1 and 2. You will be supporting a student in KS2 with global delay in the morning and will be working with a KS1 student in the afternoon with ASD. As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will need to build a strong rapport with both students and have an assertive, but nurturing approach. The role of the 1:1 Teaching Assistant is a long-term, full-time position that is for an immediate start and will continue until at least July 2023.
