Job Title: Site Manager Location: Rugby Job Type: Permanent, expected to work full-time hours Monday to Friday Primary Industry: Construction, New Build Housing, Site Management Salary: £60,000 - £68,000 per annum Benefits: Generous package - car allowance or company car, fuel allowance, bonus scheme per anum, private healthcare, private pension scheme and more! Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, NVQ Level 6 Skills: Traditional new build housing A leading developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager/Senior Site Manager for a brand new traditional housing site in Rugby. This role offers progression opportunities to Project Manager as new phases commence. Job Duties: Oversee and manage all on-site aspects of the construction project Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers Maintain strict quality control measures Provide regular progress reports to senior management Required Qualifications: SMSTS certification CSCS card First Aid qualification NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management or equivalent Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in site management roles Knowledge and Skills: Expertise in traditional new build housing projects Strong leadership and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in project management software Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Working Conditions: This role will involve working on-site in various weather conditions and may require occasional weekend work to meet project deadlines.
