Your new company One of the largest and most influential financial services providers is seeking an ISDA Negotiator to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. The team is collaborative, dynamic, and encourages open communication and shared development. Your new role As part of the Trading Documentation Group, your responsibilities will include: Negotiating and facilitating the execution of a full suite of trading documentation (ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA) with a wide range of external clients and counsel Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and policies Coordinating stakeholder approvals where necessary This is a great opportunity to deepen your expertise in trading documentation within a supportive and high-performing team. What you'll need to succeed You should have at least 2 years of experience negotiating ISDA, GMRA, and GMSLA agreements. While the team welcomes candidates with a strong interest in documentation who are still developing their expertise, they are looking for someone who understands the negotiation process and can contribute from day one.
