They are now looking for a dedicated class teacher to join their team full-time from September, for at least the first two terms. The year group can be adjustable for the right teacher. Your new role Designing and delivering stimulating lessons that align with the curriculum, ensuring pupils receive a well-rounded education. Creating an inclusive and dynamic classroom atmosphere that nurtures confidence and curiosity in young learners. Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback to support individual development. Encouraging teamwork and engagement to build strong foundational skills and a love for learning. Collaborating closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to provide students with comprehensive support both inside and outside the classroom. What you'll need to succeed Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience in primary school teaching. Strong knowledge of the curriculum with the ability to apply engaging and effective teaching strategies. Excellent classroom management skills, inspiring enthusiasm and participation amongst pupils. A collaborative and communicative approach to working with colleagues and families. Passion for education, adaptability, and a dedication to fostering a positive learning experience.
