Cover Supervisor

PK Education are seeking Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in Doncaster, providing essential classroom supervision in the absence of teaching staff. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced educators looking to gain valuable experience and make a positive impact—without the planning or marking responsibilities of a full-time teacher. Responsibilities: Supervise classes across various subjects using pre-set lesson plans. Manage student behaviour and ensure a calm, productive classroom environment. Distribute resources and support students in staying on task. Report any issues or concerns to appropriate school staff. Maintain a professional, approachable presence as a role model for students. Requirements: Previous experience working with young people (e.g. in schools, coaching, tutoring, youth work) is highly beneficial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence managing classroom behaviour and engaging with students. Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
