Welder Fabricator – Structural Steel * Location: Stamford * Day Shift * Backshift / Night Shift * Pay Rate: £16 – £22 per hour (depending on experience & shift) We are currently recruiting experienced and skilled Welder Fabricators to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in structural steel welding and fabrication to work on high-quality projects in a supportive and safety-focused environment. Whether you prefer working day shift or backshift/nights, we have positions available to suit your schedule. Key Responsibilities * Weld and fabricate structural steel components to high standards * Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols * Operate MIG, TIG, and Stick welding equipment confidently * Inspect welds for structural integrity and accuracy * Set up welding equipment and materials for each job * Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all health & safety regulations * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project delivery Requirements * Proven experience in structural steel welding and fabrication * Skilled in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques * Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship * Welding certifications are desirable but not essential What We Offer * Competitive pay: £16 – £22 per hour (DOE & shift) * Day or night shift flexibility * Overtime opportunities * Supportive team environment * Clean, well-equipped workshop * Ongoing training and development Bring your skills to a team that values precision, safety, and craftsmanship.
