Site Manager - Hospital Refurbishment - Central London

I am currently in need of a Site Manager to join a main contractor who specialise in healthcare refurbishment projects within London & the M25. The suitable candidate will be expected to help manage projects that range in value from £250k to £2 million and are a mixture of basic ward refurbishment to installation projects of high end equipment within Private and Public hospitals. The Candidate - must be capable of delivering the project reporting into a contract manager and be able to do trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc. Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified. The suitable candidate MUST have experience of working within healthcare. My client are looking to pay a competitive basic salary plus travel or day rate and are looking to start the suitable candidate ASAP.
