Contract Manager - Commercial & Residential New Build North Yorkshire £65,000 - £75,000 car allowance benefits Permanent | Full Time I'm working with a long-established regional main contractor in North Yorkshire, known for delivering high-quality construction projects across the commercial, residential, and public sectors. Due to continued growth and a healthy secured pipeline, they're now seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee multiple live projects across the region. Role Overview: Managing multiple new build schemes ranging from £3m to £10m Leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver safely, on time and to spec Working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams Ensuring compliance with health and safety, quality, and environmental standards Supporting preconstruction and commercial teams at key project stages About You: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior PM overseeing multiple sites Background in new build construction - commercial, residential, or public sector Strong leadership, organisational, and client-facing skills Based in or near North Yorkshire and happy to travel across the region What's On Offer: A stable, supportive working environment with long-term career prospects Local projects, no excessive travel A reputation for quality and relationships - they win repeat work Competitive salary package benefits and bonus schemes.
