Pastoral Officer We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and inspiring Pastoral Officer to join our committed school community. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with families, parents, and carers to ensure that every student has full access to educational opportunities and the support they need to overcome barriers to learning. Your influence will go beyond academic success – you’ll help shape the emotional and social wellbeing of our young people, enabling them to thrive both inside and outside the classroom. As a key member of our pastoral team, you will: * Provide targeted support to students, helping them to engage fully in school life * Foster strong relationships with families and external agencies * Be an inspirational role model, promoting a culture of care, respect, and ambition * Collaborate with teaching staff and the wider school community to create a nurturing and inclusive environment We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for young people’s wellbeing, and a commitment to helping all students reach their full potential.
