Job Description
About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Claims Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Claims Manager, you will be responsible for processing and managing various claims tasks efficiently. Duties and Responsibilities: Request and follow up on payments to external service providers. Process all recovery and third-party claims through our appointed external service provider. Handle and process all windscreen claims. Accurately maintain claims records and documentation. Liaise with service providers, clients, and internal stakeholders. Manage a large volume of email correspondence effectively. Assist with general claims administration tasks as required. Requirements: Qualifications: RE 5 (Essential), FETC In Short Term Insurance NQF 4, Matric Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, client service orientation, proactive team player.
