We have a client with an amazing opportunity based in Johannesburg, Gauteng Role: Senior Energy Consultant Industry: Engineering Consultancy - Renewable Energy Level: Senior Key Requirements: B.Eng. or BSc. in Electrical Engineering with professional ECSA registration Postgraduate qualification in renewable energy preferred Extensive experience in renewable energy sector and decarbonisation projects Proven project management skills with ability to lead technical advisory and owner's engineer services Experience with PV, wind, battery storage, green hydrogen, and mini/micro-grid projects Strong knowledge of grid connections and large-scale project frameworks Financial acumen in energy project finance and feasibility studies Technical expertise in preparing specifications, tender documentation, and concept design Business development experience with proven client-facing capabilities Team leadership skills with ability to mentor junior engineers Personal Attributes: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong contractual and commercial awareness Collaborative approach with ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams Strategic thinking with focus on sustainable energy solutions Passion for socially meaningful work that shapes a better world Leadership qualities with mentoring capabilities Adaptability to work across diverse project contexts Client-focused mindset with business development acumen If you would like to apply for this position, please send your CV through to engineering.vacancy@stand-outstaffing.co.za Alternatively, contact us at XXX-XXXX for more information or visit our website on: www.stand-outstaffing.co.za
