Senior Engineer / Engineer - Photo Process

Join to apply for the Senior Engineer / Engineer - Photo Process role at Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation (VIS) . Analyze SPC charts using SPACE, understand PR rules, and perform proper annotations to maintain quality troubleshooting rates for SPC OOC. Monitor critical SPC charts daily, perform process window studies, and provide improvement plans to reduce OOC and enhance CPK. Analyze split lot, DOE data, ET, and sort yield using JMP, Klarity ACE. Create SPC charts, DCOP, and modify SLDB using PROMIS (Si-View). Upload and check recipes for compliance using RMS. Follow up on SPSR, MRB, 8D, TECN, or spec updates with ECN. Set up and troubleshoot recipes/job files in metrology tools. Coordinate passdowns to troubleshoot process issues, establishing CAS/procedures and collaborating with other departments for resolution. Qualify new processes and equipment within scheduled timelines, working closely with Equipment Engineers. Focus on reducing process constraints for greater manufacturing flexibility. Conduct process matching to reduce variation, and perform analysis/DOE for optimal tool matching. Participate in CIP programs to optimize process window, cost, yield, and productivity. Collaborate with Equipment and Manufacturing Engineers to meet module objectives, including uptime and OEE goals. Represent your module in cross-functional teams to address yield issues, and engage in cross-fab benchmarking activities. Conduct self-audits and update documentation to meet TS16949 standards. Follow safety and housekeeping rules, and provide training to AEs and Techs on troubleshooting, process understanding, decision-making, and risk assessment. Requirements: Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics/Chemical Process/Chemistry/Physics Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Photo Process Strong team player with good interpersonal, communication, and written skills Analytical skills and logical thinking Leadership qualities with integrity and accountability Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Office applications Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Industry: Semiconductor Manufacturing J-18808-Ljbffr
