Role Summary: You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and stability of Front-End-of-Line (FEOL) semiconductor processes by establishing advanced testing methodologies, performing detailed analysis, and collaborating closely with internal development teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive FEOL reliability evaluation methodologies for semiconductor processes, focusing on mechanisms such as TDDB, HCI, BTI, PID, EM, and SM. Design, execute, and monitor reliability testing protocols to assess process integrity, device degradation, and material reliability over time. Analyse test results to identify failure mechanisms and provide technical recommendations to enhance process robustness and long-term reliability. Support customer engagements by providing technical expertise in process reliability, addressing inquiries, and presenting corrective action proposals. Collaborate with manufacturing, integration, and quality teams to assess and manage reliability risks arising from abnormal events or excursions. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field. Minimum of three years of relevant experience in semiconductor process reliability engineering. Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach with the ability to analyse complex data and derive insights. Personal Attributes: Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Able to be reliable and accountable in all tasks and responsibilities. Have the drive to achieve goals and complete tasks independently.
