Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets and ensure flawless in-store execution, focusing on customer relationship management, promotional planning, and coordination of field activities. Collaborate with the Key Account Manager responsible for central negotiations and distribution centers to ensure alignment. Manage and monitor a portfolio of retail stores, ensuring regular visits and strong in-store presence. Implement annual customer plans to develop category potential and maximize commercial opportunities. Build relationships with store managers; coordinate promotional calendars, secure orders, and define product assortment and promotional space. Oversee in-store execution, including assortment checks, promotional island setups, and compliance with display standards. Track sales performance, market trends, and promotional results to identify growth opportunities. Prepare sales reports and support forecasting and promotional analysis. Coordinate with distribution centers and wholesalers for product availability and order fulfilment. Travel within the assigned territory (Lombardia, Piemonte, Liguria) for client visits. Qualifications: University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field. 1–3 years of sales experience as Sell Out Specialist or Jr KAM. Understanding of retail dynamics and promotional mechanics. Good analytical skills; proficient in Excel and data analysis. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; relationship builder.
