The Management Trainee Program is designed to develop highly-qualified candidates and provide them an opportunity to develop fundamental knowledge of banking and experience Vermillion Bank’s culture of service. Trainees will be working alongside experienced professionals in the retail, operations, and/or lending departments to gain a comprehensive knowledge of the banking environment.
