Proposals Engineer

Job Title: Proposal Engineer Location: Great Yarmouth Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Circa £45,000 PA An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Proposal Engineer to join a growing engineering team working on bespoke equipment projects across various sectors including oil & gas and energy. This office-based role will suit someone with a proactive mindset and strong technical communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including cost estimates and scopes of work Interpret project specifications and develop P&IDs and GA drawings Liaise with clients and internal engineering teams to develop tailored solutions Source and review supplier quotations Support bid clarification and project kickoff meetings where needed What We're Looking For: Experience preparing cost estimates for mechanical packages Proficient in Microsoft Office (CAD/SolidWorks knowledge Desirable) Understanding of industry standards and hazardous area compliance (ATEX/DNV) HND or equivalent in Engineering (Desirable) Benefits: Onsite parking Company pension scheme Training and development opportunities If you have the relevant skills and experience for this role, please Apply Now, or contact Kirsty on 01493 738276
