Project Manager

Our client specializes in civil construction, including underground utilities and roadworks. We serve provincial, municipal, and private clients, delivering infrastructure projects with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality. Role Overview: We are seeking a Project Manager with 5–7 years of experience in civil construction to join our team. This role involves managing infrastructure and utility projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Review project documents to understand scope, schedule, and deliverables. Lead project teams to meet milestones and quality standards. Oversee project execution including safety, cost control, scheduling, and client communication. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Support proposal development and project planning efforts. Track and manage project changes, claims, and documentation. Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company values. Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered. 5–7 years of experience in civil construction project management. Experience with infrastructure projects such as roads, utilities, and earthworks. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with MS Project and estimating software is an asset. Valid driver’s license.
