This is a hands-on engineering leadership role ideal for those who thrive in agile teams, take ownership of technical architecture, and enjoy mentoring others while writing clean, scalable code. What You’ll Do: Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using React , Material UI , and Node.js Design and implement serverless functions using Azure Functions Work with MySQL and Redis for efficient data management and caching strategies Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in an agile environment Implement and manage authentication and authorization via Active Directory (OAuth, OpenID Connect, or SAML) Optimize application performance and scalability across both frontend and backend Contribute to architecture planning and participate in code reviews and engineering best practices Use CosmosDB for scalable, distributed data solutions (if applicable) What You Bring: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, ideally in full-stack roles Strong command of JavaScript , React , Material UI , and Node.js Experience building cloud-native services with Azure Functions Proficiency in MySQL , Redis , and REST APIs Hands-on experience with Active Directory authentication systems Deep understanding of performance tuning, code quality, and security best practices Comfortable working in fast-paced Agile/Scrum environments Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CosmosDB or other NoSQL databases Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines , DevOps practices , and infrastructure in Azure Knowledge of automated testing frameworks for front-end and back-end Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor junior developers Why You’ll Love It Here: Work with a modern tech stack in a cloud-first architecture Collaborate in a smart, agile, and supportive engineering culture Lead high-impact projects and grow into technical leadership roles Enjoy hybrid/remote flexibility from São Paulo with strong work-life balance
