Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or related discipline or 4-7 years relevant work experience. Experience in TLE tool in Unix environment. Mapping workbench expertise. Experience in partner onboarding from TLE (Setting up events and managing application & communication) UNIX scripting knowledge preferred. ANSI X12, EDIFACT, VDA standard EDI communications standards and protocols: AS2, SFTP, OFTP, VAN, HTTPS etc. Troubleshooting complex EDI failures, working with external EDI partners, and testing interconnected systems. Translation Mapping knowledge so that they can guide the mapper/developer for creating the inbound and outbound maps – MRS creation. Experience in Resolving incidents P1,P2,P3,P4 from JIRA,ServiceNow Tool Nice to have skills - Good understanding of SAP IDOC Structure for PO, PO acknowledgment, ASN and Invoices.
