Job Description

This role involves designing and delivering exceptional safari experiences by crafting personalized, high-end itineraries for clients. The position requires generating and growing sales while maintaining profitability, fostering strong relationships with agents, and ensuring outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include securing, costing, and presenting travel products efficiently while maintaining a deep knowledge of Southern and East African destinations and logistics to create seamless luxury travel experiences. Candidate Requirements: Matric certificate with Maths Tertiary certificate in Travel & Tourism/Hospitality 4-5 years of senior-level experience in inbound travel Expertise in customer relationship management and product promotion Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and internet tools Strong English literacy skills Knowledge of TourPlan, WISH, or similar booking systems Comprehensive understanding of Southern & East African travel products Hands-on operational experience with incentive and specialist groups Logistical and group management expertise Personal and professional travel experience in Southern & East Africa Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest interactions onsite Exceptional attention to detail Creative, organized, and an effective communicator Ability to work under pressure with accuracy Strong prioritization and time management skills Team player with cross-departmental collaboration abilities Strong follow-up and consistency in service quality Professional, customer-focused, and results-driven Self-motivated with high energy levels Passion for wildlife, sustainability, and conservation Live out, office based role
