As part of our continued growth, were looking for an experienced and driven Collections Team Manager to lead our inbound and outbound collections team. Position Overview Were looking for a hands-on, results-driven leader to manage a team of call centre agents focused on collections. This role requires strong dialler management experience , excellent coaching ability, and a deep understanding of collections strategy and compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate a team of agents handling inbound and outbound collections calls. Drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (e.g. PTPs, kept rate, call quality, productivity). Manage and optimise dialler campaigns to ensure maximum penetration and efficiency. Conduct real-time monitoring and performance reviews, providing coaching and support. Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines (e.g. NCR) and company policies. Handle escalated queries and ensure professional resolution. Compile and present performance reports to senior management. Foster a high-performance, goal-oriented team culture. Minimum Requirements Matric (Grade 12) is essential. Minimum 2 years experience in a Team Leader/Manager role within a collections environment . Proven track record managing both inbound and outbound collections teams. Experience managing and optimising dialler systems (e.g. Genesys, Avaya, or similar). Strong knowledge of microlending, debt recovery, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and call centre reporting tools. Ability to thrive under pressure and lead a results-focused team.
