We have two different positions for the L3 Support Engineer , each one have few differences: L3 Support Engineer Provides high-level support for critical systems, ensuring reliability and performance while working with AWS technologies. Tech Stack: AWS (EC2, RDS) Incident management tools AWS Monitoring tools Shell scripting L3 Support Engineer Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, maintaining system uptime, and enhancing observability on AWS.
