Position: Technical Support Specialist – Integrated Enterprise Solutions Job Summary: We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist with proven experience supporting integrated enterprise solutions . The ideal candidate will understand how various enterprise systems interact — not only providing basic user support (e.g., user creation or printing issues), but also analyzing and troubleshooting complex issues in environments where systems like SAP , web-based sales applications , and service layers are interconnected. ️ Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for integrated business solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving the interaction of SAP (or similar ERP) , web applications , and backend services . Analyze system logs , API responses , and database queries to identify root causes and determine the appropriate resolution path. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, DBAs, business analysts) to escalate or resolve issues efficiently. Document known issues, solutions, and processes to contribute to the knowledge base . Required Technical Skills Experience with ERP systems : SAP, Microsoft Dynamics , Oracle Cloud ERP , or NetSuite . Basic experience with Oracle Database : ability to run SQL queries , interpret error logs , and perform basic data validation. Understanding of RESTful APIs , JSON , and how APIs are used to connect systems. Ability to assess failures across multi-tier architectures : API layer, database, ERP, front-end. Familiarity with Linux/Unix command line for log analysis and basic scripting. Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in production environments .
