For our store in Torreano di Martignacco, we are seeking a Store Manager responsible for: Managing the store staff, organizing training, monitoring and improving performance, and promoting growth. Planning and organizing daily, weekly, and monthly store activities according to set deadlines. Achieving sales targets and collaborating with the District Manager to define marketing strategies by analyzing sales data/KPIs and trends, forecasting revenue, managing the P&L, and stock levels. Ensuring customer requests are satisfied, problems are managed and resolved, and providing the best possible in-store experience following company values and service guidelines. Ensuring the store is attractive, with effective product placement and window displays aligned with corporate directives to maximize sales and growth. Experience in team management, development, and leadership. Strong multi-tasking and entrepreneurial skills. Analytical and decision-making abilities based on sales data and KPIs, with proficient use of Excel. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer experience regardless of circumstances. Ability to identify current trends, report results, draw relevant conclusions, and recommend actions to management. Good knowledge of English at B2 level. Previous experience with a premium brand is a plus.
