JOB SUMMARY: Guide new providers and practices in optimized revenue operations and billing opportunities. Able to communicate clearly and appropriately to medical staff regarding their services and optimized coding rationale. Stays up to date with industry billing and compliance standards and recommends system optimization to meet goals. Works collaboratively with the Professional Billing Office, providers, and third-party payers. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree preferred CPC or CCS-P or CCS 5 to 7 years experience as a multi-disciplinary Coder. Prior training experience. Must be comfortable training and speaking with medical staff Must be able to produce training materials in PowerPoint and be able to pull analytic data Must be able to train in person at multiple sites as well as virtually. Training may occur before or after clinical office hours.
