Hygiene Team Leader

Job Title: Hygiene Team Leader – Food Production Pay: £14.04 per hour Location: Wymondham, Norfolk Shifts: Monday to Friday 14:30 - 22:30 Contract: Full Time, Permanent (Please note that visa or sponsorship assistance is not available for this position) We're looking for a hands-on Hygiene Team Leader to manage and support a small team within a fast-paced food production environment. You'll take the lead in maintaining high hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and working closely with other departments to keep operations running smoothly. Key Duties: Oversee factory hygiene and cleaning schedules Carry out audits, inspections, and weekly water testing Lead and support the hygiene team, including training and development Manage chemical stock levels and ensure safe usage Liaise with management to report issues and corrective actions What We're Looking For: Hygiene or food production experience (preferred) COSHH knowledge and familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to lead a small team Own transport due to remote location Benefits: Hourly rate of £14.04 per hour Overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours £50 Weekly bonus for full attendance Supportive, family-run company with staff perks and events Apply today or contact ISQ Recruitment on 01603 369500 to learn more.
