Lettings Negotiator Join Our Team as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at Connells in Shirley, Birmingham Why Join Us: We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trainee Estate Agent who will develop into a Lettings Negotiator within our fantastic residential Lettings team at Burchell Edwards . This is an entry level role where you will learn all aspects of residential lettings. Your Role: As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator , you’ll generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree lets and progress lets through to exchange and completion . What We're Looking For: Preferably an experienced sales person. Exceptional customer care/service experience. Resilient, positive, organized, numerate and detail-oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Hold a Full UK driving license.
