Shift Engineer

Shift Engineer - £50,000-£52,000 Kings Cross I am currently looking to speak to Electrical & Mechanical Shift Engineers for a large critical site near Kings Cross. The need is for an Electrical & Mechanical Shift Engineer to come and join a 2 person shift team, and continue to provide an efficient service of maintenance and building services. This company is globally recognised and is one where all engineers will learn and develop their career and skill set. On offer will be specific internal and external trainingopportunities. As a Shift Engineer you will be required to work a Continental shift pattern, 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am. Excellent benefits offered such as AP Training, Private Healthcare, Overtime and more. Day to Day Duties; PPM, reactive maintenance Working on Electrical, Mechanical and general building services Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner Be proactive to identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported escalated as required. Maintain informal communications with client staff members related to service levels and issues Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client Remain flexible with regards to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency Be fully aware of relevant Health & Safety and general legislative matters All plant will be monitored on a planned maintenance basis regularly as well as dealingwith all reactive repairs that arise on a daily basis. All applicants must come form a strong maintenancebackground and have the ability to deal with a fast paced commercial environment. Skills Required: The successful candidate must have; With at least 5 years experience in building services Core qualificationsare key in this role the minimumrequirement is Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Mechanical/Plumbing engineering.
