Job Title: Electrician Location: Ipswich Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing Hours: 10-hour days (Monday to Friday), 8-hour days (Saturday and Sunday) Shift Pattern: 11-day fortnight rotation Overview: LRL are currently recruiting experienced Electricians for an ongoing industrial project based in Ipswich. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent hours, excellent rates of pay, and the chance to work with an established team on a high-profile site. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on an industrial/substation project Working from technical drawings and specifications Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations Liaising with supervisors and other trades to ensure efficient site operations Testing and inspecting electrical systems as required Requirements: Valid Safety Passport (e.g. CCNSG or equivalent) Recognised electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, JIB Gold Card, or equivalent) Previous experience in industrial or substation environments is essential Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to commit to an 11-day rotation and the full duration of the project Rate of Pay: Rates are determined by distance to site (within or outside 50 miles).
