Electrical Site Manager – Permanent Role Initial Project: Near Holt | Coverage: Norfolk & Cambridge Salary: Up to £55,000 Company Van Fuel Card Our client, a well-established and reputable electrical contractor, is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis. The first assignment will be a key project launching near Holt , with future projects planned across Norfolk and Cambridgeshire —so a willingness to travel, particularly to Cambridge , is essential. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all on-site electrical activities from start to completion Supervise electrical teams and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards Report progress and resolve on-site issues efficiently Requirements: Proven experience in electrical site management or similar role Strong understanding of commercial electrical installations and regulations SMSTS or SSSTS certification preferred Full UK driving licence (company van and fuel provided) Flexibility to travel across Norfolk and Cambridge as projects require What's on Offer: Competitive salary up to £55,000 Company van & fuel card Opportunity to work on a variety of exciting and long-term projects A stable, permanent role within a respected organisation If you're an experienced electrical site manager looking for a fresh challenge with long-term prospects, our client would love to hear from you.
