Trainee Machine Operator - Weekends 3 days a week

Shift Patterns - rotating days and nights 06:00 18:00 (Fri-Sun, 36 hrs) @ £14.00/hr 18:00 06:00 (Fri-Sun, 36 hrs) @ £15.92/hr Key Responsibilities: Operate and adjust machinery to ensure efficient production Perform quality checks and resolve issues with the maintenance team Maintain a clean and safe working environment Work with other departments to meet customer quality standards Requirements: Manufacturing or mechanical/engineering experience PLC experience is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and willingness to help improve site operations Taskmaster Resources LTD acts as an employment business for the supply of temporary workers and as an employment agency for permanent recruitment.
