The Role Remote Accountant — Pearl Lemon Group Work from anywhere | Full-Time | Remote We're looking for a detail-driven, proactive Accountant to join the finance team at Pearl Lemon Group , a globally distributed, award-winning marketing and acquisitions agency. You'll work across multiple business units, ensuring financial accuracy, helping us scale sustainably, and reporting to leadership with actionable insights. What You’ll Do Manage daily bookkeeping and general ledger entries. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and vendor invoices. Handle payroll, tax filings, and compliance reporting (UK & international). Create and maintain financial dashboards for management. Strong understanding of UK and international accounting principles. Proficiency with accounting software like Xero, QuickBooks, or similar. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. High attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Bonus: Experience managing multi-entity or multi-currency books. What's on Offer?
