Responsibilities and duties Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities, both scheduled and unscheduled. Lead the maintenance service team, coordinating support from other areas to ensure equipment and facilities are in optimal condition, maximizing operational availability and asset reliability at a lower cost, with high quality and safety standards. Ensure active safety practices among team members regarding PPE use and risk analysis, adhering to procedures and work instructions. Requirements and qualifications Work shift availability. Willingness to reside in Serra do Salitre, Patrocínio, or Araxá. Technical education in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or electronics (desired). Knowledge of electrical drives, protection relays, automation networks, etc. Experience in high-voltage substation maintenance. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of fault diagnosis software, Siemens, WEG, and SEL (desired).
