Responsibilities and Assignments Manage attendance calls related to electronic point and work hours (approximately 90% of routine); Analyze and resolve inconsistencies in timekeeping; Support monthly timekeeping closing, ensuring deadlines and compliance with labor laws; Guide managers and employees on internal policies, procedures, and good practices for time registration; Coordinate with departments like Payroll and Terminations as needed; Assist the local HR teams with timekeeping issues. Requirements and Qualifications Currently enrolled in higher education in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields; Previous experience with electronic time management, preferably in a shared service center or high-volume environment; Knowledge of labor legislation related to work hours; Good written and verbal communication skills; Analytical skills and attention to detail; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
