Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our innovative team. This role involves designing, deploying, and managing scalable, cloud-native infrastructure to support modern applications, working with cutting-edge tools and technologies to ensure seamless integration and deployment within our microservices architecture. Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Automation: Design and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform and Terragrunt; automate AWS resource provisioning for high availability and scalability. Microservices Deployment: Build and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes with Helm; support and enhance microservices developed in Go (Golang). CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and maintain pipelines in GitLab CI/CD for build, test, and deployment workflows; optimize for performance, reliability, and security. Monitoring and Observability: Set up observability stacks with Grafana, Prometheus, and Datadog; monitor system health and performance, proactively resolving issues. Collaboration and Support: Work with development and QA teams; document processes and workflows for knowledge sharing. Required Skills and Experience Proven experience with Kubernetes in production environments. Strong expertise in Terraform and Terragrunt for IaC. Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines. Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS. Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Datadog. Familiarity with Helm and secure deployment practices. Certifications in AWS and/or Kubernetes are a plus. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with SRE practices and incident management. Proficiency in developing microservices with Go (Golang). Knowledge of multi-environment infrastructure setups. Experience with PostgreSQL and load balancing in cloud environments.
