Junior Operations Manager – JHB / Ormonde

Our client is one of the leading international manufacturers of chassis-related assemblies and components for trailers, trucks and buses. - I nventory Management : Monitor and control stock levels to ensure optimal availability of parts, minimize shrinkage, and coordinate with procurement for timely restocking. - Logistics Coordination : Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries and efficient routing of parts to customers or service locations. - Staff Supervision and Training : Manage warehouse personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to maintain a productive and safe work environment. - Process Optimization : Implement and refine warehouse procedures, including picking, packing, and storage systems, to increase efficiency and reduce errors or delays. - Health and Safety Compliance : Enforce safety regulations, conduct regular inspections, and ensure that all equipment and practices meet industry and legal standards. - Basic understanding: Truck and Trailer parts - Overseeing: Building and Maintenance Requirements: - 2-3 years warehouse and industry experience - Drivers license - Medical Aid (half) - Grade 12 The client offers: - Competitive basic salary Annual bonus Incentives Please send your salary expectation and CV to Pieter: careers@servicesolutions.co.za
