Executive Housekeeper

Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager in a 5-star hotel, resort, or luxury game lodge. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. In-depth knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment. Understanding of health and safety regulations related to housekeeping. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to a lodge environment. Good problem-solving abilities and guest-focused attitude. Additional Skills: Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of sustainable cleaning practices and eco-friendly materials. Strong guest service orientation and an understanding of luxury service standards.
