Minimum Requirements: 3 years experience in a 2nd or 3rd line IT infrastructure support role Experience with Windows and/or Linux servers and SQL databases Prior exposure to PACS/RIS or other medical imaging systems (preferred) Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, VLANs) Experience with virtualisation platforms (e.g., VMware or Hyper-V) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Healthcare or radiology IT experience is an advantage Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain and monitor servers, networks, and databases supporting radiology systems Provide Level 2/3 support for PACS, RIS, and imaging workstations Ensure data integrity through regular backups and disaster recovery processes Oversee cybersecurity measures and assist with network segmentation Support DICOM connectivity between modalities and imaging systems Liaise with clinicians and vendors for upgrades, troubleshooting, and projects Document system configurations and manage user accounts and IT assets
