Veterinary Nurse

Locum Veterinary Nurse require in Cape Town Surrounding. The candidate must be a qualified, SAVC registered vet nurse to perform anaesthesia in small animals, along with monitoring, some basic treatments, an admin sheet of animals seen on the particular day. Candidate should be able to help pick up animals, be able to assess if patients are fit for surgery, induce anaesthesia, intubate, monitor, pain medication injections, vaccinations. Must be able to handle high volume and multitasking. We also travel for work, thus candidate must be ok with that should it be needed. All accommodations and/or meals will be provided. Working hours will be determined on the day as there is no set times. Candidate must have the following. SAVC registered BVetnurs Degree
