In this role, you will be responsible for HR planning and the annual people calendar, as well as people practices, compliance and risk, advising management and employees, managing industry standards, and enabling a performance culture. Your expertise in people practice, communication and coaching and the agricultural industry will be essential to your position. To succeed in this role, you should have a tertiary HR qualification, a valid drivers license and 5 8 years experience in a similar role within FMCG. Strategic thinking and relationship management skills will also be valuable.
