Provide expert consultation and diagnosis for patients and fellow physicians. Develop and implement curative-preventive programs and departmental protocols. Mentor and train nursing and allied health staff to ensure high-quality patient care. Participate in Continued Medical Education (CME) programs and quality control initiatives.
