Technical Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities: · Actively promote and sell WEICONs full range of tailored solutions in adhesives, sealants, protective coatings, and corrosion protection. · Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. · Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories. · Foster and maintain existing customer database. · Provide technical advice and support to customers, including product selection and application guidance. · Conduct on-site product demonstrations and training. · Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and communications. · Collaborate with the internal team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service. · Track sales activity, prepare reports, and contribute to regional growth strategy. Requirements: · Proven track record in technical sales, ideally with experience in engineered adhesives, sealants, protective coatings, or a related field. · Strong understanding of industrial and maintenance environments. · Technically inclined with the ability to understand and explain complex solutions. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. · Self-motivated and capable of working independently from a remote base. · Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle in excellent condition. · Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. v Experience in industrial adhesives, protective coatings and corrosion prevention will be advantageous. v Existing related customer base would be advantageous.
