Vineyard Manager

Responsibilities: Managing vineyards for wine production aswell as a some peach orchards and olives. Manage Daily Operations, including pruning, harvesting and irrigation Supervise and train staff to ensure efficiency and quality Monitor plant health, pest controller and soil management Collaborate with winemaker to align production with winery goals Ensure compliance with industry regulations and sustainability practices Requirements: A relevant qualification in Viticulture/horticulture will count in your favor A minimum of 5 years experience in vineyard management Strong leadership and problem solving skills Budget management
