Customer Service Agent

Were looking for a Customer-oriented Service Agent , fluent in English, with a natural flair for people and a passion for delivering world-class service. This role is key in building strong relationships with our players promoting exciting campaigns, resolving queries efficiently, and making sure every player feels supported and valued. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Engage confidently across live chat, phone (in and outbound), and email. Convert new player registrations into active users through strong product knowledge and a consultative approach. Handle queries, disputes, and general support with professionalism and accuracy. Keep players informed on promotions and features while building trust and long-term loyalty. Rotate between day and night shifts (6AM 6PM / 6PM 6AM) on a 2-days on, 2-days off schedule were 24/7. Escalate issues when needed and always aim for first-contact resolution. Minimum Education and Experience required: 13 years experience in a call centre / customer-facing environment, preferably including night shifts. iGaming or online betting experience is a strong plus. Comfortable working shifts you enjoy the pace and variety that comes with it. Typing speed of 30 words per minute, strong communication (spoken & written). A friendly, confident tone with the ability to engage and upsell. Ability to work independently, solve problems on the fly, and stay calm under pressure. Strong emotional intelligence you can read between the lines and understand what a customer really needs. A team player who takes initiative and wants to grow in the iGaming space.
