Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to understand and implement SAP MDG solutions tailored to their business needs. - Support and enhance existing SAP MDG implementations, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity. - Provide expertise in data governance best practices and methodologies, including DAMA and MDM. - Facilitate and deliver training to end-users and technical teams to promote effective use of SAP MDG. - Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues, ensuring a seamless experience for users. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP MDG with other systems and processes. Qualifications: - Proven experience in SAP MDG implementation and support (preferably 2 years). -English oral proficiency (B2-C2) - Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and methodologies, such as DAMA. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data issues. - Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - A proactive and collaborative approach to working in a team-driven environment. - Relevant certifications in SAP MDG or data governance are a plus.
