Key Responsibilities: • Analyse business requirements related to procurement, inventory management, logistics and Warehouse management. • Design, configure, and implement SAP PP/PM/QM solutions including maintenance planning, work order management, preventive maintenance, quality planning, inspection planning, and quality notifications. • Sound Knowledge and hands-on expertise to customize workflows, maintenance types, quality types, and policy settings within SAP PP, PM, and QM. • Good Understanding of SAP organizational structure and PP, PM & QM configurations. • Demonstrates strong understanding of o MRP, BOM, Routing, Production Orders, Work Centres. o Work Order Management, maintenance processes, Maintenance Notifications & Plans, Scheduling and Planning. o Inspection Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Control, Usage Decision • Should be able to setup the required PP, PM & QM master data and create & execute test scripts as per requirement. • Knowledge or hands-on experience in SAP QM is required. • Should have a fair knowledge of interfaces (EDI and ALE) and Idocs. • Experience working on standard and custom enhancements with knowledge of RICEFW component. • ABAP debugging & coding knowledge would be preferable. • Provide support for issue resolution, system enhancements, and optimizations in PP/PM/QM modules. Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience as SAP Functional Consultant specializing in SAP PP/PM/QM. • To analyse business processes, designing solutions, implementing system configurations and providing ongoing support within the SAP landscape. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with external and internal stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work based on priority & urgency. • To identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements leveraging SAP PP/PM/QM capabilities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the integration points and work to resolve the issue. • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferable. • SAP certification in anyone of the module is preferred.
